มีวัตถุประสงค์ : เพื่อให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการจัดการความขัดแย้งอย่างสร้างสรรค์และมีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อให้บุคคลทั่วไปรวมถึงบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องเล็งเห็นถึงประโยชน์ของการจัดการความขัดแย้งอย่างสร้างสรรค์ ผู้เข้าร่วมหลักสูตรได้รับความรู้และความเข้าใจถึงการบริหารจัดการความขัดแย้งขั้นพื้นฐาน หลักสูตรนี้เป็นหลักสูตรที่เสนอแนวคิด และการทำความเข้าใจกับพลวัตรของความขัดแย้ง รวมถึงเครื่องมือและเทคนิคต่าง ๆ ในการสื่อสารเพื่อนำไปสู่ข้อตกลงที่เต็มไปด้วยความร่วมมือร่วมใจกันระหว่างผู้เกี่ยวข้องในความขัดแย้ง
ความรู้อัดแน่น ครบถ้วน จบในหลักสูตรเดียว

The seat, lex arbitri, determines the law governing the procedure of the arbitration, whether the award can be set aside, the supervisory court over the arbitration, and the validity of the arbitration agreement. The place of arbitration also determines where the award is made, in other words, the “nationality” of the award for purposes of the New York Convention.
The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Thailand Branch and the Thailand Arbitration Center are pleased to invite you to an exciting and interactive event “The Hottest Seat in International Arbitration Debate” featuring distinguished speakers who will each represent a popular seat international arbitration in a fiery debate on why their seat is the most desirable. Participants will be allowed to vote at the end and the in-person session will be followed by a cocktail networking, courtesy of Clyde & Co.

สถาบันอนุญาโตตุลาการมีวัตถุประสงค์ในการส่งเสริม พัฒนา และสร้างองค์ความรู้ในกระบวนการกระบวนการการระงับข้อพิพาททางเลือกทุกรูปแบบ รวมถึงการอนุญาโตตุลาการ ( Arbitation )จึงได้จัดการแข่งขันอนุญาโตตุลาการครั้งที่ 1 โดยสถาบันอนุญาโตตุลาการ ได้จัดการแข่งขันการจำลองสถานการณ์ถกประเด็นข้อกฎหมาย โดยจำลองให้ผู้เข้าแข่งขันเป็นฝ่ายผู้เรียกร้อง หรือ ผู้คัดค้าน ในกระบวนการอนุญาโตตุลาการ ภายใต้ข้อบังคับสถาบันอนุญาโตตุลาการ
