The webinar organised “by young arbitration practitioners, for young arbitration practitioners” (and all those with an interest in the field) which the panel will discuss real-life legal, procedural and tactical considerations that arise at all stages of an arbitration, from the inception of the dispute through to the issuance of an award and beyond.  In particular, different perspectives will be offered regarding client advice, costs, evidence, hearings and enforcement of the award. The panel of arbitration practitioners will address the questions and doubts frequently raised by companies and in-house counsel. The collaboration between HK45 and THAC in organizing this webinar brings together a wide range of experiences and scenarios from one of the world's leading arbitration hubs, Hong Kong, and the younger but no less dynamic arbitration scene of Thailand.
